Zesty Tahini Kale Superfood Salad

This is my superfood salad!

Kale
Red Bell Peppers
Red onion
1 Pear
1 Apple
Sliced Almonds
Radishes
Parsley

Tahini dressing is made with sesame seed paste, garlic, water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Braggs liquid aminos, nutritional yeast.

I top the salad with a OMEGA oil derived from Avocado, flax seeds and olives. These are the fats we need instead of the omega 6 fats found in most conventional veggie oils like Soy, Safflower, Corn, Canola…
